Our Process

Vision Creation & Validation

Visions can be for a project, product/service, a group or the whole organisation. This can come from a number of contributors groups. Then a validation process need to test the vision. With a validated vision there is true focus and momentum.

Strategy &
Planning

Strategy looks at the whole organisation and external stakeholders. This provides what is needed to fulfill the vision. Then an plan with resources, people, budgets and timelines are created. Flexibility is key as events happens that are out of the control of the transformation.

Execute &
Learn

This is where we see where real change is realised. Being flexible and approach it as a learning process for all that is involved is the methodology that we apply to this part of the process.

Measure &
Relearn

This is a key part of the process, change does not stop. It is the only way we grow. This is when we learn about the new organisation, how how it performs and how much more it can improve.
